STILT Book Cradles

I’ve been remiss in sharing my newest book-related joyful discovery: These amazing book cradles by Natasha Herman and STILT.

I’ve been kludging along with juggling bean bags for props, pieces of type to hold pages down, and all sorts of shenanigans to get photos of books that definitely don’t always want t0 cooperate with photographer. I can’t wait to use these for the next book review: Black Sun Press’ Les liaisons dangereuses. I’ll definitely be talking about the photographic experience along with the usual book reading experience.

If you missed the Kickstarter for these awesome library display aids, you should definitely check their website and pick some up. They are a great way to display your books!

And here’s a photo of Ask Hafiz in the same quarto cradle for scale. I have the octavo as well for books this size. They do make a range of sizes for your book display needs. Hope these might be useful for all of you booklovers out there and you can support this worthwhile product!
